There are two segments that they show on the morning, daily and nightly news: the weather and the stock market. They may add or cut other content, but for decades these have been the constants. That’s because these are the two most important things you need to know about every day.
Young adults invest and save less than previous generations. According to CNBC, millennials and Gen Z carry an average of $22,000 in debt.
The #1 reason young people of color give for not investing or saving money is “I don’t know how”.
Other cultures teach their kids at an early age about the stock market – because it really is that easy to learn. If a child can learn it, so can you!
We’re starting a new community group, the Young Adult Investment Club in June. This community will provide much needed support, news and tips on a regular basis for those involved in investing on a intermediate or advanced level. This support will come in the form or emails, videos, social media and more.
Beginners, those with 0 experience or knowledge of stocks and investing, will get individualized help during the month of May. They will get online classes that are easy to follow, and can be watched on their own time, that will explain how the stock market works. Because hands on learning works best, some will be eligible to get FREE stock from us to learn from – at no risk to them. Once the beginners have a good understanding of investing during the month of May, they will be ready to join the community in June!
