Choices #Sow #Reap

Is it possible to only make decisions that are good for you? Some say yes, some say no. There is a strong case to be made that you can learn more from your bad choices. When you are younger you feel invincible. You feel that you have enough time to fix any outcomes from bad choices that you make. For others, they fall into a lifestyle they can’t get out of and time seems to fly by.

Then you have to add in any institutional barriers.

Anything is possible.  There is not one way that works for everyone, because everyone has unique circumstances and environments.

The pandemic has given alot of people the opportunity to reset, learn new things and make new plans. Here’s a suggestion from us on how to proceed forward if you are looking to make better choices: consider what  you will reap from every decision you make. A bad choice will lead to delayed growth as you will be able to learn from it and respond differently the next time. A good choice obviously provides instant gratification and further encouragement to make more food choices moving forward.

Let’s take this one step further: lifestyle. The choice to work harder or invest/save money always provides good results. Only a handful of people can be successul without any effort. Research shows that the effort you put in in the beginning will allow you to reap the benefits sooner. Don’t want to work every day of your life? Make a choice today to reap that reality.

Remember: you will reap everything you sow.
